Donate Money to construct filters:
These water filters are made of concrete without any moving parts to break and metal to corrode in the high humidity of the Amazon Rain Forest. Their simple construction is designed so that the people need minimal training. Villagers can maintain the water filter for years. Using nothing more than gravity flow, these filters can provide up to a liter of water per minute - enough to provide 99% pure water for up to 4 families.

The cost to build and deliver a filter to a village in the jungle is only $85.

Donations are tax deductible, and a receipt will be provided.

In addition to building and installing water filters, Operation Amazon also provides supplies and services in the areas of boats & motors, medical/dental equipment and office facilities, airplane & hangar maintainance & improvement, educational materials & facilities.
